Cry, no really in fact don't cry or worry or stress. Why well first of all any of those activities may increase or have caused the wrinkle instead.
Relax. “Stress itself is linked to wrinkle formation,” says Ava Shamban, assistant clinical professor of dermatology at UCLA, “so freaking out about lines won’t help.”
Hydrate. Moisturizer plumps skin and makes wrinkles less obvious instantly.
Exfoliate. A smooth surface reflects light, reducing the look of lines.
Tighten up your skin. Try a firming treatment with Nylon-12. It forms a film that contracts as it dries, which results in added tightening.

Vitamins and Supplements for Your Hair 1
Protein
More than 90 percent of your hair is made up of protein, so you need to have enough protein in your diet to support hair growth. Fortunately, most people in the United States get plenty of protein naturally from their diet. Foods such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and dairy products are high in protein. Vegetarians can get protein from plant sources such as soybeans, seeds, and nuts.

Salmon
Salmon
While you would never apply salmon directly to your face or body, cold-water fish like salmon contain DMAE, short for dimethylaminoethanol, a compound that helps rejuvenate skin. You can get the benefits of DMAE by eating cold-water fish or by applying it to your skin by means of creams and moisturizers, says Longwill. Products that contain DMAE are thought to help firm skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Water & Oil Don't Mix
Not only is it a scientific fact, it explains why your make up doesn't last. For longer lasting coverage and consistency use products that are based in the same ingredients. If you have water based foundation use a water based concealer.
Wednesday
Applying False Lashes
Follow these tips when applying false eyelashes:
- Start by washing your eyelids with an oil-free cleanser (the adhesive glue won't stick to oily skin).
- Remove the faux lashes from the storage case, and give them a test run by holding them in place across your eyelid (without the adhesive). Then use a pair of sharp scissors to trim the lashes, as needed, a few hairs at a time.
- Use a toothpick to apply a thin line of glue across the entire length of the roots of the false eyelashes (never apply glue directly to your own eye).
- Let the adhesive set for about a minute or until it's tacky.
- Place the lashes along the base of your lash line, as close to the roots as possible, starting from the inside corner. If you're using individual lashes, though, work from the outside corner of the eye to the inner corner. Press and hold in place for ten to 15 seconds.
- Release the lashes and let them dry for a minute or two.
- As a finishing touch, says Longo, sweep a coat of mascara across both your natural and false lashes to bind the two together.
If properly cared for (that means you clean and store them after each use), most lash extensions can be used up to four or five times. When you're ready to remove them, it's important to be gentle.

New Love: Shiseido Lacquer Rouge
I am in love people! While for most who know me would me would cry duh, one would hope so after 12 yrs of marriage but unh unh, this is a new love. This love is with Shiseido Lacquer Rouge!
I loved them so much I bought 5, and at $25 a stick that was no easy fair. For those new to the blog, info: I like the best for the least! While I love the richness that Shiseido gives in their colors, and creams I have been able to resist their allure do to their high costs. However, when I sampled just a swab of color to replace my long gone MAC lipstick, I was hooked. Not only was their striking pigment but the business, but the gleam off my lips had all the girls at all the counters rushing to the testers.

Shiseido's new Lacquer Rouge ($25) liquid lipstick was inspired by Japanese Laquerware. One coat provides intense color and deep luster. This rich liquid lipstick leaves lips as smooth as lacquer. The applicator fits closely against the lips for a comfortable, even application that does not bleed. Scar Treatments Not Cures
Depressed scars look like holes or pits. They form when the skin’s collagen is destroyed by inflammation (as is the case with acne) or infection (for example, chicken pox). Pitted scars can also result from picking off scabs. Shallow scars can be improved with a series of microdermabrasion treatments or injectable fillers such as Juvéderm and Restylane. Large areas can be treated with a chemical peel or laser, which removes the damaged skin, allowing new, fresh skin to fill in more smoothly. For deeper scars, a surgeon can excise (cut out) the scar and stitch the skin back together. These more aggressive treatments often require a few weeks of strict sun avoidance, as well as preparation with prescription-strength creams, and the skin may need weeks to heal.
Raised, bumpy scars typically occur after surgery or an injury. If you have a new one, you can help soften it by gently massaging the scar for 10 to 15 minutes a day. Use almond oil or a bland moisturizer to prevent chafing. Be sure the skin is healed over (with no scabs) before you start, and if your scar is from surgery, check with your doctor first. Some of my patients also see improvement with Mederma Scar Gel, which contains onion extract. If your scar is lumpy, tender, or itchy, it may be a keloid. This type of scar is mostly found on the earlobes, chest, and upper back. Silicone gel sheets (such as Curad Scar Therapy pads) can help flatten them. If this doesn’t work, I often shrink them in the office with a laser or dilute cortisone injections.

The food skin connection
The next time you're at the supermarket, pick up a few food items that will help you get glowing skin naturally. Honey, sugar, and oatmeal often are found in skin care products because of their beneficial properties. These items, which exfoliate or moisturize the skin, show that you don't need to spend a lot of money or resort to a long list of synthetic chemicals to get great skin.
Take a quick look at the moisturizers available in your local beauty store and you'll probably notice a few made from honey. You can make a moisturizing face mask by mixing together high-grade honey, olive oil, and apple cider. After about ten to fifteen minutes, you'll have baby-soft and bright skin. Treat your skin to this face mask about once a week or as needed.
Sugar
One of the most popular ingredients in skin brightening products, glycolic acid, actually is a sugar derivative. Glycolic acid exfoliates the skin so that new skin can emerge. To get bright and smooth skin without having to spend lots of money on glycolic acid products, create your own sugar scrub by mixing together equal parts sugar and avocado oil or olive oil. Any kind of sugar, including brown and white sugar, will do. After wetting your skin, simply spread on some of the sugar scrub, rub gently in a circular motion, and rinse.
Oatmeal
Another item that you can use to get glowing skin naturally is oatmeal. Major cosmetic companies such as Aveeno and St. Ives have products made from oatmeal, which helps your skin lock in moisture. Make an oatmeal mask by grinding up some oatmeal to a powder in a food processor and mixing it with water. You also can put the oatmeal powder into your warm bath for a relaxing soak. Oatmeal is especially helpful for those who suffer from dry and itchy skin.
